Register your own team online today below in just two easy steps for the upcoming CAHL 2020 Summer Season.
The Weeknight Divisions I-V will begin on Monday, May 4th, 2020.
New teams are welcome to register as well. All you need are a few small groups of friends (teams have about 15 skaters and a goalie).
We also have Free Agents to help you complete your team if you don't have enough players.
New custom team uniforms can be provided for you as well at a CAHL team rate.

Step 1 of 2: Choose a Division and Schedule |
Summer Season |
-15-17 or more game season
-14 regular season games and a guaranteed minimum of 1 playoff game (up to 3 or more playoff games)
-All games are 1 hour and 15 minute ice times
-100% weeknight games only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday night
-Never have any games on any Friday, Saturday, Sunday and no games on all long weekend Mondays
-Keep 100% of your weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and holidays (Victoria Day, Canada Day and Heritage Day) free for yourself, your family, and your friends
-About one game per week (there may be some bye weeks and weeks with more than one game)
-2 referees and a timekeeper per game
-Our referees are Hockey Canada Certified every year with many years of experience up to former Major Junior WHL - Western Hockey League
-Our timekeepers have many years of experience
-Includes player insurance through CARHA
-Multiple divisions and a 5 game seeding round

Weeknight Divisions I, II, III, IV, V |
Weeknight Divisions I-V for various skill and experience levels:
Weeknight Division I -Played hockey for many years of your life at a competitive league level -e.g. 10 years minor hockey higher divisions (1/2/3)*
Weeknight Division II -Played hockey for many years of your life at a competitive league level -e.g. 9 years minor hockey medium divisions (3/4/5)*
Weeknight Division III -Played hockey for many years of your life at a competitive or recreational league level -e.g. 8 years minor hockey lower divisions (5/6/7) or recreational league*
Weeknight Division IV -Played hockey for many years of your life at a competitive or recreational league level -e.g. 7 years minor hockey lower divisions (5/6/7) or recreational league*
Weeknight Division V -Played hockey for many years of your life at a competitive or recreational league level -e.g. 6 years minor hockey lower divisions (5/6/7) or recreational league*
*Skill levels are very difficult to describe without knowing the playing background of every player on every team and are only a very rough approximation and may greatly vary. There is no guarantee of parity or how often a team may win or lose, or what scores a team may win or lose by.

Team Schedules Are Already Online |
Please note that upon completion of the 5 game seeding round the last place team of the higher division will automatically switch divisions and schedules with the first place team of the lower division. This is automatic and non-appealable under any circumstances.
Please note that there may be schedule changes for reasons such as, however not limited to, a different final number of teams/divisions than originally scheduled for, unforeseen arena scheduling conflicts, etc.

Seeding Round |
Rule 2-1. (as of Dec 8, 2019) Seeding Round:
The first 5 games of the winter and summer seasons are a seeding round.
Upon completion of the 5 game seeding round the last place team of the higher division will automatically switch divisions and schedules with the first place team of the lower division. This is automatic and non-appealable under any circumstances.
The tie-breaking procedure is as follows: 1. Wins 2. Head-to-Head Record 3. Goal Differential
After the seeding round there shall be no more team movement unless the last place team of the higher division and the first place team of the lower division both agree to switch divisions and schedules.

Team Registration Fee |
The CAHL 2020 Summer Season Team Registration Fee for the Weeknight Divisions is:
$4590 including GST ($4371.43 not including GST, $218.57 is GST)
It works out to about only $287 per player for an average 16 player team (15 skaters and a goalie).

Team Registration Fee Deadline |
The Total Team Registration Fee (total remaining balance) Deadline is on Monday, April 27th, 2020.
However, teams can still register until Thursday, April 30th, 2020.
The Weeknight Divisions will begin on Monday, May 4th, 2020.

You may use your credit card to make a Team Registration (Non-Refundable) Deposit Fee payment of $1000, a Team Registration (Non-Refundable) Balance Fee payment, a Team Registration (Non-Refundable) Total Fee payment, or a Team Registration (Non-Refundable) Partial Fee in the form below.

Jersey Rules |
2bb. (as of May 24, 2017) Team Jerseys:
Summer Seasons: All teams should have two sets of matching colour team jerseys (a dark home set and a light away set) with numbers on the back.
The matching colour team jerseys don't need to have logos. Matching colour team socks are not needed.

If you need additional players to complete your team please email us at [email protected] and we will send you our current Free Agent list and have your contact info added to our website Free Agents section as well so that interested players may contact you directly to join your team.
