The Outlaws led the Rats after two periods of hockey with goals by Triston House and Cody Gorlick. Outlaws' Garrette Baptiste opened the scoring in the third period. With less than a minute remaining, Blaine Dixon scored the fourth goal for the Outlaws. But this game wasn't over yet as Kyle Ryks of the Rats put the puck past Outlaws' goaltender, Stacey Brassard (27 saves, .964 save percentage), with five seconds remaining on the clock to narrowly evade the shutout and end the game 4 - 1, Outlaws over the Rats.
Kings vs. Ted & Dave Custom Golf Professors on Sat, Apr 17, 2010
Justin Neighbours (1 goal, 6 assists) led the Kings with seven points in 10 - 4 victory over the Ted & Dave Custom Golf Professors. Both teams scored on the power play in the second period with the Jets', Andrew Faulds and the Ice Holes', Joe Mungo finding the back of the net. In the third period, both teams went goal for goal until the time expired and the Jets had solidified a 6 - 3 triumph.
Top Dogs vs. Petrin Mechanical vs. Sat, Apr 17, 2010
Scott Anderson (3 goals, 2 assists) had a huge second period, earning a hat trick in Petrin Mechanical's 7 - 4 win over the Top Dogs. Anderson's three goals were scored in under 8 minutes and enabled Petrin Mechanical to take a two goal lead heading into the third. With eight seconds remaining in the third period, Petrin Mechanical's goaltender, Brian Dent, sent a puck down the length of the ice scoring the final goal to seal his team's victory.

TimberCreek Electric had a great start in the first period of action against Morley, scoring five goals and only allowing two. The second period saw both teams score a pair of goals to maintain the point gap. In the third period, Morley tied up the game with goals scored by Felix Beaver, Marcel Simeon (2 goals, 1 assist) and Keon Holloway (2 goals, 2 assists). In the shootout finale it was Morley's Keon Holloway who scored his second goal of the game to notch an 8 - 7 win for his team.

Maniacs' Dennis Thompson tied the game at two goals aside at 11:39. An elbowing minor penalty to Maniacs' Chris Ludtke put the Red Hawks on the power play where Trevor Murl (1 goal, 1 assist) scored to give the Red Hawks a 3 - 2 victory.
Ice vs. Petrin Mechanical on Fri, Apr 16, 2010
Kale Louven (6 goals, 3 assists) was unstoppable in a Petrin Mechanical win that saw each skater on the team earn at least two points against the Ice. The Ice were kept off the scoreboard until the third period when Howard Mac Kinnon scored a pair of consecutive goals less than a minute apart. Scott Anderson of Petrin Mechanical also had a huge night with 5 assists in his team's win.
Sculptures vs. Discharge on Fri, Apr 16, 2010
The Sculptures found the back of the net nine times to defeat the Discharge 9 - 3. Sean Leeder (4 goals, 1 assist) led the Sculptures in goals and Bert Lenny contributed 5 assists to lead the team in helpers. Steve Luft of the Discharge increased his scoring total to 22 goals on the season, sending a couple of pucks across the goal line. Sculptures goaltender, Dwayne Leantowhich, kept out 22 shots in the win.

The Dynasty defeated the Fighting Irish Republican Army in a high-scoring Friday evening match. Brian Chau (2 goals, 5 assists) led the Dynasty in points and Huy Lam (3 goals, 2 assists) led in goals with a hat trick. The Fighting Irish Republican Army was kept off the scoreboard until just less than five minutes remained in the third period when Craig Greenwood found the back of the net, followed by Lukas Mayer adding another goal for the Fighting Irish with under a minute to go.
Dragons vs. Rug Doctors on Fri, Apr 16, 2010
The score remained tied at zero after 15 minutes of play with neither team capitalizing on their chances. The second period saw the Dragons light up the scoreboard with a goal by Ben Robichaud, followed by a goal by Rug Doctors' David Rogan to tie the game at one. The Dragons were the first to score again in the third period with a power play goal by Daren Paquin, followed by Rene Gonzalez of the Rug Doctors scoring to force a shootout with under two minutes remaining. It was Rug Doctors' Cole Piechotta who scored the deciding goal in the shootout to give his team a 3 - 2 final score.

It was the Top Dogs who came out on top during their match against the Pylons. After the first period of play the score was tied at two. The Top Dogs opened the scoring in the second period with a goal from Marc Souron (2 goals). Dave Meyer of the Pylons responded with a goal to tie the score again. A pair of goals by Jeroid Hann twelve seconds apart, followed by a goal by Scott Sullivan (1 goal, 2 assists) was enough to seal the deal on a 6 - 3 Top Dogs victory.

Brad Loewen scored a shootout goal to give the Cobras a 5 - 4 victory against the Beavers. The Beavers headed into the third period down a pair of goals. Mark Lansing (2 goals, 1 assist) and Chris Edwards led the Prairie Seals in scoring with two goals each. The Prairie Seals' victory was greatly influenced by their strong start to the game, making a majority of their 43 shots on the opposing goal in the first and second periods.

Jason Myslicki of the Band of Brothers had a huge scoring night with four goals in the triumph. Lance Shaver (1 goal, 1 assist), Dave Graham and Scott Sera each put the puck past the goal line for the Iron Ringers. The Band of Brothers scored on four of seven power play attempts.

Desmarais' first goal signaled his 50th goal this season. Jamie Welder led the Black Sox in points with two goals and one assist. Both teams capitalized on multiple power play opportunities, the Black Sox with three power play goals and the Brewstars scoring two.
