The A-1 Autobeauties took to the ice and defeated the Blazers in a high-scoring contest. Lane Boswell (3 goals, 4 assists) led A-1 in points and earned himself a hat trick. Also scoring multiple goals for A-1 was Tyler Lynn who put the puck past the goal line twice. A-1 goaltender, Dean Miller, stopped 13 shots in the victory. Brandon Luang scored the only goal for the Blazers.
Pillagers vs. Lamplighters on Tue, Jun 1, 2010
The Pillagers scored a pair of goals per period to defeat the Lamp Lighters 6 - 3 during their recent game. Clarke Flesch (2 goals, 1 assist) and Kevin Phillips (2 goals, 1 assist) both finished with three points for the Pillagers. Brad Lenz of the Lamplighters also had a two goal night. Pillagers' goaltender, Even Miller, stopped 33 of 36 shots in the victory for a .917 save percentage.

The Bananas had a strong first and second period, scoring a combined total of nine goals to defeat the Samsquanches 9 - 5. Patrick Ezekiel scored a hat trick for the Bananas, and Kyle Holloway had a pair of goals for the team. Jason Williams led the Samsquanches in scoring with a pair of goals, while Mike Schiebelbein (1 goal, 2 assists) led the team in points with three. The Bananas had an amazing 51 shots on the opposing net.
Champion Concrete Cutting vs. Iceoholics on Tue, Jun 1, 2010
Andrew Katzsch scored a pair of first period goals for the Iceoholics as his team defeated Champion Concrete Cutting 5 - 2. Also scoring for the Iceoholics were Jeff Nielsen (1 goal, 1 assist), Sheldon Lee (1 goal, 1 assist) and Greg Epp. Kyle Selman and Ryan Dickson scored the only goals for Champion.
Wingmen vs. Victorious Secret on Tue, Jun 1, 2010
Jeff Barrett scored a regular strength goal in the first period and a shorthanded goal in the second period for Victorious Secret before Brad Boyce scored to bring the Wingmen within one. In the third period, Josh Hamill (1 goal, 1 assist) of the Wingmen scored to tie the game at two. In the sudden-death overtime shootout, James Braakman scored the game winning goal to give Victorious Secret the 3 - 2 win.
Extreme Xecutioners vs. Calgary Archives Renegades on Mon, May 31, 2010
The Xtreme Xecutioners opened the CAHL 2010 summer season with an 8 - 6 victory over the Calgary Archives Renegades. Both Adam Hamilton and Nick Bassarab had a pair of goals for the Xecutioners, but Camilo Lopez (1 goal, 3 assists) led the team in points with four on the evening. Matt Buckholtz (2 goals, 2 assists) of the Renegades also had four points. The Xecutioners outshot the Renegades by nearly double making 40 shots on net to the Renegades' 22.
Saints vs. Maguire's Smooth Edge on Mon, May 31, 2010
Maguire's Smooth Edge dominated over the Saints 10 - 1 in their first match-up of the 2010 summer season. Maguire's Ryan Cheshire had an astounding 5 goals in the game, and Jeff MacPhee (1 goal, 4 assists) tied him with five points. The only goal for the Saints was scored by Andrew Tuck in the second period. Maguire's had 45 shots on net in their victory.
Polar Bears vs. Spitfires on Mon, May 31, 2010
Spitfires' goaltender, Jason Arnason fended off 28 shots to record a shutout as his team defeated the Polar Bears 3 - 0. Peter Lodoen (1 goal, 1 assist), Mike Grier and Mark Polak each scored a single goal for the Spitfires. Despite the shutout victory, the Spitfires only outshot the Polar Bears by a 4 shot margin.
Player's Club vs. Clusterpucks on Mon, May 31, 2010
The Player's Club was no match for the Clusterpucks as they were defeated in a high-scoring first game of the season. Murray Bladon (3 goals, 3 assists), Graeme Cram (3 goals, 2 assists), and Greg Barber (3 goals, 1 assist) each had hat tricks for the Clusterpucks. Tyler Furseth (2 goals, 4 assists), Joey Connors (2 goals, 3 assists) and Andrew Woods each scored a pair of goals. The Player's Club's goals were scored by Kyle Tippen (1 goal, 2 assists), Tyler Johnson and Denny Honing.
